Thanks @ywtoh. Political will for the Abidjan water project is clearly still pressing in Cote d'Ivoire. A communique yesterday from the Ivorian Council of Ministers outlines the 2021 bills and decrees. Budgetary measures have been furcated into economic relief and development programs. The development programs are specifically geared towards improving the living conditions of the population. Only one water project was mentioned in the documents: "the drinking water supply project for the city of Abidjan from the Aghien lagoon...The objective of this measure is to facilitate the implementation of this project designed to provide a lasting response to the daily deficit in the production of drinking water in the coming years with a production of drinking water of 150,000 m3 /day."
