    It would be nice for management to provide an update on the project. Continuously saying 'soon' and it not happening does nothing for managements credibility nor the share price.

    However the project is on IC's government site - http://hydraulique.gouv.ci/?controller=article&action=liste_article_only&idCat=20

    I spoke to Ross and he said as far as he is aware the election has no baring on the project.

    Again hard to believe what management says these days. Take it as you will.
