    yes...it is crazy isn't it??.....this one is definitely very very strange holding...no matter how good the news, or how much money in projects coming our way, it is pushed down relentlessly...and there is no end in sight!!...BUT IT MUST stop one day....we are one of the global leaders in what we do....and water IS more precious than gold.....so we wait...
