1) what is the nature of the revenue regarding those SPS units, for example are the receivables expected to be collected within a 12 months period or longer once they're constructed?
2) why is the backlog decreasing for the last 3 years for SPS units, this is concerning to me

A flash thought here regarding SPS backlog.

The reduction could points toward a reduction of backlogs on the CES segment. We still have projects in Europe, South America to finish.

What worries me is the amount of revenue and expenditure on SQ that May need to reverse when we decide to dis-continue the project.
