These are quite junior engineers, 3 years experience is still cutting your teeth in engineering. This level tends to do the grunt work under direction of senior engineers, so less likely to be a whole team engaged for this.
It looks more like high volume but similar work, as in the requirements for each MABR plants unique feed and environment.
