Hi @jamesc666 - 100% agree it does demonstrate the opportunity for decentralized/less$$ FLC solution.
But also shows the friction/resistance-to-change FLC has to overcome on existing businesses & relationships that rely/support the old centralized systems.
i.e. what's in it for them to change the current way things are done?
On the ordering side- I won't lose my job if I order decades old 'proven' tech & on the sales side, bigger projects = bigger commissions/sales.
Frustrating to watch on the sidelines as a FLC SH & change seems to be very slow in the water business.....
