I do agree that its not the average retail investors selling, something else is happening, not sure what it is (maybe its the 1m shareholder as somebody mentioned above who appears and disappears?). After all, it only takes a few hundred thousand to easily push the this stock's price down 15%. And look at these forums, not one person can put forward a bear case at current state. Crystal clean balance sheet with no intangibles, positive cash flow, growing at 30% a year and rapidly reaching scale with a monopolistic position in China, another couple of cents down this company will be all cash. All the R&D expensed and data accumulated is also an asset not reflected on balance sheet.

If you told me RL was depressing share prices on purpose for accumulation six months ago, this could be a possibility with previous CEO, who was earning a cool $1m a year in salary with no stock holdings and handpicked by RL, diluting shares with cap raises with no personal loss. The new CEO Richard was invested with the company before day 1 and has voluntarily REDUCED his salary to $600k (from what I read somewhere), in the last cap raise I note he did not participate via his fund Pond Venture, all this is does not point to a CEO helping the founder to accumulate shares at lower prices.
