Thanks for your posts @ywtoh; finding time to post has been a challenge the past year. I've found some information on the 14th five year plan that I hope is of interest. The “Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035”, has been reviewed and approved by the Central Committee of China; priority is to be given to the development of agriculture and rural revitalisation. Sewage treatment in rural areas gets a specific mention:

There has also discussion of sewage recycling policy. Modular process technology combining engineering and ecology will be promoted in rural and agricultural settings. Of interest to this point is that Hangzhou government has stated that in plain and agricultural areas MABR and A20 technology (both modular/ ecology technology) will be used in facilities over 30t.

Water reclamation from wastewater sources appears to be entering a stage of rapid development in the near future. The central government have planned to facilitate large scale uptake of agricultural and rural sewage reuse through policies including:
- Establishment of a user payment system,
- Liberalising government pricing for recycled water,
- Encouraging the use of government procurement services to promote the utilization of sewage as a resource.
- Increasing the investment of central government funds in the utilization of sewage resources.
- Supporting local government special bonds to be used in qualified sewage resource utilization construction projects；
- Encouraging companies to adopt green bonds,
- Asset securitization and other means,
- Broaden financing channels in compliance with laws and regulations；
- Promote the pilot real estate investment trust fund in the field of infrastructure steadily；
- Explore the right to carry out projects,
- Pledge financing guarantees such as franchise rights.


I can't recall any posts from Fluence's Chinese socials media accounts about water reclamation. It might be worth keeping an eye out for any references to this opportunity in shareholder updates, media posts and newly won contracts.
