Enterprise News | Aerospace Kaitian United won the bid of 721 million rural sewage treatment PPP project

Recently, the consortium composed of Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Yikang Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the PPP project for rural domestic sewage treatment in Huoqiu County, Lu'an City, Anhui Province. The total investment of the project (reported investment estimate + construction period interest) is 72,077,700 yuan; of which, the estimated investment is estimated to be 68,974,100 yuan [including project costs of 479,854,600 yuan, other construction costs of 14,999,500 yuan, and basic reserve fees of 39,132,200 yuan. The initial working capital was 966,700 yuan; the construction period interest was 32,864,400 yuan.

The project uses the DBFOT (Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer) operating model. The project cooperation period is 22 years, of which the construction period is 2 years and the operation period is 20 years. The implementation scope of the project covers 25 townships such as Wulong Town. The construction content is:

1. New sewage treatment plant 26, planning the recent (to 2020) total sewage treatment design scale of about 17,400 m3 / d [long-term (to 2030) about 35,800 m3 / d, this implementation only considers the recent] ;

2. 728.26km of new auxiliary sewage collection pipe network (including 389.30km of DN200 household branch, 233.57km of DN400 pipe network and 105.39km of DN500 pipe network);

3. Five new sewage pumping stations will be built, and one new building will be built in Shidian Town, Gaotang Town, Panji Town, Xindian Town and Sanliu Township.
