If these professionals want stock, they better start accumulating right now. It is not a question of if, but when, the follow up deal will be announced. Just read the tonnes of stuff on HC, and the work of @nequalsone and links to the media he has brought to light.

The technology has been de-risked. 3Gorges, China Rail, iTest, Kaitian et al are not dummies. The reputational necks are literally on the line because this is China we are talking about. Don't these pro investors know that the Chinese management of these large SOEs cannot afford to look the fool by being taken in by foreign suppliers, not at this stage of development, not when the world is looking to China to fail and fall flat on their faces? Likewise, FLC cannot afford to snook the Chinese with a defective product or they can kiss their future in the world's largest industrial market good bye.

C'mon fellas. Have some faith. The SOEs have already done their due diligence.

If these pros all come in at the same time, they would be paying premium to drive the stock up but get very little of it. Anyway, who am I to tell these professionals how to do their job.
