@hammerjx this kind of practice is fairly standard when operating globally (across multiple time zones). Having people available during business hours across all FLC geographies to field all types of inquiries would be expensive and create unnecessary overheads. Send an inquiry via their website or leave a message via phone and the best person to field your inquiry will contact you. FLC is not your local fish and chip shop taking orders on a friday afternoon. Any serious customer or investor will understand and would be happy to wait one business day for a reply.
