@Relax1, I don't think Henry would be interested to buy anything from FLC because https://aucgroup.net/ is entirely a US centric business.
Caveats of course. There is a possibility, that given Henry's international experience, he is now tasked to build an overseas arm for Seven Seas. Buying FLC's S. America and Italy businesses would then make sense.
If anything, I think the possibility is higher that FLC is trying to emulate Seven Seas by wrapping WaaS around its Nirobox, SUBRE and Aspiral product offerings as a means of penetrating the US market. FLC does have a competitive advantage in that regard. They can pass on lower opex and share the savings with their leasing customers.
