    Hey @ywtoh,

    would like to think/hope that latest announcement was based on MABR merits alone and team has been cultivating this partnership/ contract for a while.

    But can't help join the dots with the old Boys network.

    Maybe it's a combination of water situation in USA, Fluence focus on USA, Government policy and a little push from the old boys network.

    Whatever, giddy up.

    IMO
