Rudi (FNArena) recons we're not there yet (hold onto any spare cash).
A number of other ppl (that I follow) think the market still has downside (Jesse Felder, Grant Williams, Erik Townsend-Macrovoices) even though value is emerging in some area's.
Morgan Stanley say some money has been moving from global markets into ASX, (mainly resources & energy), but it certainly arrived at the small cap stocks I own.....
