Similar to what you have shared, this is the first of a series of water documentaries from DW:


This Water series raises the severe situation in western USA, Germany, Syria, Afghanistan etc. But are the policy makers doing much? Often too little, too late. What is interestingly pointed out is what most of us not see, the underground aquifers. An example is like in Germany, the surface water now not seem to be an issue, but the severity of lost in underground water is concerning.

I guess it will come a time for this ultra conservative industry to get a kick in the butt to swiftly adopt newer innovations when crisis finally hits. Decentralized water and wastewater treatment makes so much more sense for such deployments and it just need some political will to make it work.

I am sure we are in the right industry, it’s just a question of time.
