Thank you @mrinvest05 , this has piqued my curiosity on candy companies in Illinois.
Chicago indeed has a long history in candy confectionery and is home for many famous brands. I am just hoping, just hoping, just hoping this pilot plant is for the research centre in Goose Island in Mars Wrigley. (Shooting rubber bands at the moon here, but hey, hoping is still free).
If it is Mars, it could be big.
