Very much agree with your points @mrinvest05. Just some conjecture on why Doug and Nik had decided to come in. Definitely not to purchase another EPC water company as a hobby for old age, nor looking to take over Lauder’s stake for a flip, the logical way for them to exit is either calling it a day or if successful, exit through a merger or takeover.
I believe, the reason they are in, supporting through providing the revolving credit despite the company is in ICU, is because of MABR and Waste to Energy anaerobic digestion. I see 2 stages in the approach, currently is stage 1 that is to turn the company around. It just looks like we are still stuck in this stage, the aircraft carrier would have already turned and sped off, while we are still in ICU.
Ivory Coast is still a bridge in the transformation. The North America sales just need to pick up faster.
