On the 3 year delay, I think part of it is indeed the nature of the water industry, but the other part could also be the nature of doing business in the Middle East. New Mansoura is another case, we even had to write off some debt last year, so much with a friendly personal relationship between Hassan Alam and our previous CEO.

On the North American side, I remember when Tom stepped in, in addition to that "Turning the aircraft carrier around", there was also mention on it will take at least 2 years to gain meaningful traction there. We have now passed the 3rd year, I just hope from the communications by the management, this year is the year.

An interesting point in resolution 4 of the coming AGM, it is proposed that the 4 directors' fees will be paid by fully paid shares of FLC. This actually instill some confidence for me. Even if they are wealthy enough and don't need the cash, by taking full payment for shares in lieu, they will still have to come up with their own money for income tax. I just hope our sp will keep going north and we will not have to issue bigger amount of shares for director's fees.
