Neither for me for the Waste to Energy segment. What I remember roughly was about $800k - $1M for a 1000 m3/d seawater Nirobox; a bit cheaper for a Brackish water box and even cheaper for a freshwater Nirobox. Aspiral 100 m3/d was about US$70,000 for the China inland supply price, and quite a bit more for export. SUBRE for PS3 was only about $9.6M contract for the 20,000 m3/d. These are old prices and from my deteriorating memory.
I think the $3M announcement threshold is still standing, but not sure about for the new territories and significant projects that falls below the $3M mark.
