My two cents on the conspiracy theory are that I just don't know. The market is what it is, and the ASX is one of the most useless out there. But for mine, if the removal of FLC from the ASX does happen and our shares are bought back from us, I don't think Ron L would like his philanthropic reputation to be dealt a blow (even though it would only be a very small one) by ripping us all off. I think the worst case scenario in that event would be a buyout at the 85c mark - the same as his entry point. Still, that would represent a loss for alot of us, even if only counting for loss of interest if the money had been in a bank or in our mortgage offset accounts.

I also agree with whoever posted a few days ago, that Henry's $1M salary is HUGE for a company with a market cap of less than $200M whose share value has halved. Someone going to any upcoming meetings might like to bring this up...
