It was a great help to me to see that things are "starting" to happen in China.
The very last paragraph was extremely encouraging - "The Measures for Granting Funds for the Improvement and Renovation of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in Hangzhou will also be introduced soon, providing financial support for upgrading."
