it certainly sounds like the 2 plants could be BOOT. US$120 million for the two. My guess is that Hassan Allam will take the lead and
if Fluence are selected as the technology provider they would just erect and sell the plant outright to HA and HA would get the O & M contract.
Could be wrong as usual.
