Some interesting developments around our ITEST partnership have come to light in China recently. The end of October say some high profile government officials touring our Hubei ITEST highway service area. Firstly, Hubei Provincial People's Government state-owned investment and financing company (Hubei Provincial Communications Investment Group) organised a technical consultation and pilot project summary meeting at the site on the 27 October. Five experts from the Hubei Academy of Environmental Sciences, Sinosteel Wuhan Safety and Environmental Protection Research Institute, Wuhan University of Science and Technology and other units formed a review expert group to view the decentralized intelligent sewage treatment system pilot project.
From the report:
"The expert group observed the process flow, treatment effect and equipment operation of the sewage treatment, and watched the video demonstration animation and remote control system, and inquired about the MABR process principle and operation mode in detail ... After listening to the situation report... it is agreed that the logical thinking of the
report is clear and the content is substantial, and the MABR technology has a significant effect and strong feasibility. In the next step, the company will...
adopt a practical implementation plan to further promote the application of “decentralized intelligent sewage treatment system technology” in the province.
Three day later, and perhaps more notably, Ju Rongyun, the Deputy Secretary General of China Highway Society
also visited the site. He "stressed that this new sewage treatment process, new equipment has a long life cycle, low comprehensive cost and good treatment effect. The construction experience should be summarised as soon as possible on the basis of the pilot, and the business model should be identified as soon as possible to form a brand effect as soon as possible.
Strive to be in the province and even the country as soon as possible."
