While this is just a single sale of an approx $600,000 USD Nirobox SW unit, this is such an interesting partnership on many levels.

It is a new use case, where the Nirobox SW (SeaWater) unit is actually treating reject brine, from an existing RO plant.
A seawater unit is required, as the reject brine is heavily concentrated in TDS compared to the original brackish water source.
If it was the primary source of treatment, a Nirobox BW (BrackishWater) unit would be used instead.

This is a partnership with LDC which is a Native American tribal corporation owned by the Pueblo of Laguna.
LDC operates Route 66 Casino, the 154-room Route 66 Casino Hotel, Thunder Road Steakhouse & Cantina, Buffet 66, a Johnny Rockets franchise, Main Street Restaurant, Route 66 Casino Snack Bar, 360 Lounge, Poker Pub, the 2,800 seat Legends Theater, Kids Quest, Cyber Quest, the Route 66 Gift Shop, Casino Xpress, Route 66 Travel Centers (Including Dairy Queen Grill & Chill) - two locations: Interstate 40, Exit 108 and 140, 66 Pit Stop Gas Station & Convenience Store at Exit 114, Route 66 RV Resort, three Laguna Burger locations: Interstate 140, Exit 114 and 140 and on 12th Street in Albuquerque, Dancing Eagle Casino, Dancing Eagle Travel Center (Including Dairy Queen Grill & Chill and Villa Prima Pizza), Dancing Eagle RV Park, The Great American Diner Restaurant, The Marketplace @ Dancing Eagle grocery store and Ace Hardware, Paguate Mart and a Transmix Plant.

This particular Nirobox installation looks to be linked to the Route 66 Casino, hotel and entertainment precinct.

It appears that LDC have found that the idea of decentralized modular plants works with the location/spread of their future development plans. Could lead to some much larger orders in future, although it is likely that it will be Nirobox BW units that are sold in future for this partnership.

Great use case for future marketing. Also again allows Fluence to talk about their project finance options as well.
I believe they have been trying to market Nirobox into the USA since 2017, so hopefully breaking into the market can soon lead to other opportunities.

Takes Nirobox SW inventory down to 6 units on hand now. Will bring in revenue without adding much to cash burn.
