I am beginning to see that FLC is really strategic in their rollout. In some jurisdictions, they go direct to the EPCs like Orenco (Post #: 38069322) whose validation of the technology is just as important. In other markets, they go for direct influencers/customers like LDC, with a large portfolio of properties. They did the same in the Carribbean when they sold one Nirobox unit to the Malaysian HQed Genting/Resort World Group which has a chain of hotels, casinos, resorts all over the world. To me, this shows they are not just beating the air in their marketing strategy. It is directed and it's very intentional.

Like you pointed out, they are still mentioning the opprtunity in Maryland/Chesapeake Bay in their recent 4C. If that beach-head is secured, it opens up another landgrab. We can even trace this directed marketing strategy to China way back to 2016/2017. Launching with MABR and attacking the Chinese municipals (which 13th FYP was the push) market was a left hook that Oxymem and Suez (Zeelung) didn't catch.

Like you also pointed out, FLC is a very interesting company in they way they market their products. It should be a case study for MBA aspirants. I hope will bear some financial rewards for us long termers in the not too distant future.
