they have made good progress toward cleaning up the Bay but still sounds like they have a long way to go. Pollution credit trading schemes have masked how bad the problem is in many areas. Fluence have been asked to tender by a Maryland County, I believe it concerns a new greenfield plant/s. SUBRE sounds ideal both for retrofit and greenfield applications and I would imagine that the relatively low cost of SUBRE plants compared to the very large overall costs of a large wastewater plant should be very attractive to the counties.
