    I think this is just Adam Hinckley getting ownership of the USA marketing team and updating communications.
    The Chinese language version of the Xiaogan video has been available since Sept 2018.

    The Chinese Luoyang video has been available since Feb 2019.

    There is also a new Nirobox video about the 2016 Richards Bay site that looks like has updated to Chinese for some marketing over there.
