    If there is a CR and he provides capital then he benefits to our detriment. It is called dilution and those being issued capital would want the share price as low as possible to ensure maximum benefit.

    Lets say a company has 20 shares on issue and 2 shareholders.

    Holder A has 10 shares averaging 60 cents

    Holder B has 10 shares average 60 cents


    Each own 50% of the company.


    The company now raises capital by issuing an additional 5 shares to holder B at 30 cents.

    Holder B now owns 60% of the company has decreased their average to 50 cents. Holder A is diluted to 40% at and still has an average at 60 cents.


    Failure to share news, support the share price and find a buyer to end what has been endless on market supply is increasingly concerning IMO. Not looking good for aussie holders.
