I think management would be stupid to have plucked US$44m out of the air. They have reaffirmed guidance based on their knowledge and i guess we just have to believe them as with sustainable EBITDA from the 4th QTR. If they dont hit this then there will be bigger issues for them than if they did not announce these two things.

The way i see it is the SP has built in that we won't hit sustainable EBITDA in 4th QTR so if we do then it will be rerated, if we don't things should be pretty flat. Arguably better than a huge market cap with any bad news to sink the SP. Time will tell.
