After flying under the radar for so long, I think FLC has popped up on some people's radars due to PET's re-rate.

What is pleasing is seeing this re-rate in FLC even with the lack of announcements... just imagine what the share price will do when they do announce the next round of contract wins (only a matter of time).. and the Ivory Coast financial close + O&M contract, which will be the cornerstone of revenue for the next 2.5 years.

I am confident FLC investor relations is 'training' the FLC investor base to expect less 'fluff' announcements during each quarter, and to wait and see all the pieces that have been won once per quarter. Weekly announcements of small wins dilutes the entire picture and makes investors nervous when there isn't an announcement for a few weeks ... which leads to a lot of time spent managing investor concerns.

The quicker Adam can 'train' the investor base to be more patient and wait for quarterly updates, the easier his life will be as there will be less emails like 'why haven't we seen any sales announced recently?', which I'm sure make up 75% of the emails in his inbox.

What has happened recently is that there is probably a new wave of investors who have bought into FLC's story (a very opportune time for them), whilst in the past the usual FLC/EMC investor base would have sold the stock down to the low 30's due to lack of announcements ... this new wave of investors are not suffering from the jaded past of EMC or early FLC post-merger... what they see is the untainted potential of FLC (we had that once) and are willing to buy into it.
