Re possible ASX delisting: I would have to agree that this is a strong possibility at some time in the future, noting that there are no discernible Australian directors. However this would not necessarily mean that Oz shareholders would miss out, but I think should share in the benefits of USA listing, probably at multiples of where we are now, bearing in mind the difficulties of holding overseas shares, but which now can be traded on Commsec and is a lot easier than it used to be.
As all shares are now listed on the ASX, all shares would need to be transferred to NDQ or whereever maybe with a buy back option.
Just sayin, I don't think it's all bad
