If you go down that path, I'd probably go with net tangible assets (rather than net assets).

So if this were to happen at 31 Dec 18 (latest annual report), net assets of US$51.1m - intangible assets of US$5.6m = net tangible assets of US$45.5m

With 540m shares, you have a net tangible asset backing of US 8.4cents

Add US$100m for the listing, and you have net tangible assets of US$145.5m.

With 590m shares, you have a net tangible asset backing of US$24.7cents.

So if the company were to liquidate, and the net tangible assets were to be sold and distributed to shareholders .. you could get 3 times as much after the US listing. The caveat is that this is all accounting mumbo jumbo, and on liquidation you won't be able to realise the assets for nearly as much as 'fair value'. But I think you can see, there is a three fold increase in your 'safety net'.
