PBH is trading today - currently down 14%
PointsBet returns after raising $153mOnline wagering group PointsBet will return to trade this morning after completing its $153.2m institutional entitlement offer.
After inking a “game changing” deal with NBCUniversal, PointsBet lauched a capital raise with a placement completed on Friday and entitlement offer completed today.
The group said 55pc of eligible entitlements were taken up by existing shareholders, with the remainder offered through a shortfall bookbuild at a final clearing price of $12.5 - a $6 premium to the entitlement offer price.
A further retail entitlement offer will open on Friday and is expected to raise $82.7m.
PBH shares last traded at $13.69.
