Personally, I think the options are a free hit. They still have 18 months to run, so you can easily get the CGT discount, and percentage wise, they will climb a lot faster than the actual share. I may not exercise the option, or I may, either way I know that by the end of my 12 months of holding, my portfolio will have a far greater value with holding the options, rather than the shares.
