There is a lot more cream I don't think has been factored in here. I was doing some work for a small company who was setting up the RAT testing for businesses. The margins aren't in the tests but the set up and ongoing costs. For example depending on the size of the business set up cost ranged from $500 up to $10,000 for staff of 100 and over. But the kicker here was the ongoing subscription fee which again ranged from $500 p/m up to $5000 p/m. So while there might be a reasonable margin in the tests the bigger margins would be made on the set up and ongoing support costs.
