I think that's why Ag testing has been avoided until vax rates are high enough. Unreliability/compliance/honesty factors meant the stakes were too high when missed results could shut down an economy. But on mass with less risk of grave consequences of the odd dodgy test this should on the balance of probabilities be OK.
