I'm not as convinced about this as there didn't seem to be any restrictions in regard to approval of testing kits for approved users. Also this sort of restrictive practice would potentially impose significant restraints that could potentially impact negatively on public health outcomes, especially in a pandemic; I would think that this would be contrary to public policy intention and surely the TGA would be aware of this.
