I'm interpreting it as Atomo having made the TGA application some time on or after 05/10/2021. I don't remember when applications for self-testing opened, but it has already been 2 weeks since the first one was approved (13/10/2021) and there currently 9 on the list (including 3 saliva tests... if I had to test myself regularly, I think I'd prefer spitting a little rather than sticking a swab up my brain)
