In my opinion TGA won’t approve two exactly the same Kits. AT1 can’t beat Pantonic now and the future.
How do you explain generic brands of drugs being approved by the TGA? Are you suggesting Panadol should be the only brand of Paracetamol because they came onto the market first? Within the drug world, the TGA is more likely to approve your drug if another identical drug has already been approved.
