What are you on about mate....? Not that I've read the Biosecurity Act 2015 in its entirety, but I'd be willing to be my left nut that the TGA have no designated authority under the Act. Infact, I think you'll find the responsibility and enforcement of the Act designates authority to an entirely different Govt Department.
The TGA is there to assess the science and medical claims ONLY. Don't try palm off your protectionism as being patriotic. You took a misguided jab at having a pot shot at the number of Chinese made devices approved on the ARTG and it backfired. You were put in your place now accept it
