    Perhaps. But isn't it also that the TGA may have moved the goals in the period that Omnicron was starting to sweep the nation?
    And Atomo may have gotten unlucky and submitted in that window. The fact NZ and other countries have granted Carestart self-testing status seems to put the fault more in the TGA's court.
