    The main question is , "why is our approval still pending" when the same product was approved back in October 2021 by another
    distributer. I still don't get it.

    We missed a huge opportunity in the whole Christmas/New Year period. We need to get into the market while there is moderate supply and some
    demand, prior to all RAT's becoming expensive door stops in 6-8 months time.
