Assuming their FDA approval is imminent (which is what we've been told), if I was Lumos I would wait for the official approval announcement before floating. They will attract more interest and can probably set a higher price with the FDA approval under their belt. So, maybe this is a sign that that the FDA approval is on their doorstep.
