I had expressed interest in Lumos' IPO through our broker (Bell Potter co-incidentally). They didn't reject my request but advised me that they didn't have a prospectus to share with me (which I took as being 'not available for retail accounts yet' )

There has been nothing listed at the various IPO sites or anywhere else for retail investor view. As per the AFR article I posted above, so far at least, the IPO book build seems to have been offered to funds/sophisticated investors.

Its possible they are scaling back the retail investor portion, as per the HC IPO thread comments. Certainly they cannot publicly list on ASX without offering some % for general investors...just have to wait n keep checking.
