Australia thinks in a 2D manner. We need a 3D strategy, or layers of strategies.
These tests are cheap. Even if they miss some cases they will pick up some. PCR also misses cases.
You have people like removalists crossing borders.
If these tests are cheap enough why not mandate them for non-essential workers as a back up measure?
