That’s my understanding. I think the issue is supply of small quantities of tests (i understand that even hospitals and GP practices are having trouble securing larger quantities - eg, no supply chain has been established in Victoria by the state government for hospitals or individual medial practices - every organisation needs to source their own supply and most have no idea where to start), and then the cost of the tests plus the medical supervision which can’t be as easily absorbed by a small business as a large one.
