So, there is a lot of confusion about administering these test at the moment.
This morning in the New South Wales press conference we saw a journalist asking if the restrictions on rapid test should be lifted by allowing them to be administered by businesses themselves without the need of a doctor or nurse or other health professional to be on site. But actually you don't need a health professional on site. You just need someone you can call or have a Skype call with.
So, there is a lot of confusion about administering these test...
