Talks about difficulty of implementing government requirement to have nurses or others to oversee tests owing to shortages of health staff ( most nurses are busy doing vax or other work ).

Mentions they have a shipment of tests being imported from the US this week, now that policies are changing and demand increasing in Australia. Tests have a shelf life and diagnostic makers up to now didn't want to hold huge amounts of stock.
Now policies are changing, Atomo and others are ramping up supplies to meet needs.
