Crikey they have no shame. They could of at least made up their own lame logo instead of cut & pasting a2"s well recognized logo.
I think they would have as much luck as BMW and Land Rover did in the China when their car designs were copied. I would think the Indian judiciary would not find in A2's favour but having said that those that do the purchasing are not mugs and those that can afford the real thing would not purchase a cheap inferior clone. Same goes for any Chinese dairy company that tries to jump on the A2 bandwagon , the Chinese public would not have a bar of it.
