Agree, best to go about our business of picking up share. But from just one protest by A2M, the NDC moved to acknowledge that the marketplace has shifted, that the science shows "mixed" results (a shift from stating that A2 has no benefit), and that they are looking into research now that its becoming a category, not a brand. I think these position changes by the NDC reflect pressure they're feeling from within their own membership.
A2M must also be working to control US A2 milk pools that are large enough to support their growth. The publicity of challenging the NDC and the position changes would be a help in developing supply.
